Are you a real estate finance professional who knows how to turn development assumptions into compelling financial models?

Our client is looking for a Senior Real Estate Development Financial Analyst to evaluate redevelopment opportunities across the Greater Toronto Area .

This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys real estate, financial modeling, development strategy and uncovering value in properties.

You’ll be responsible for
Building detailed real estate development pro formas
Modeling redevelopment scenarios based on density & massing studies
Assessing existing property values and future development potential
Analyzing mid-rise/high-rise residential & commercial opportunities
Providing financial insights to support investment and development decisions

What we're looking for:
5+ years in real estate development, investment, private equity, asset management, valuation, lending or related fields
Robust Excel & financial modeling expertise




Proven real estate pro forma / underwriting experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and communicate complex findings clearly
GTA development experience is highly valued
