As a Public Health Nurse, you will be a vital member of the Public Health Services team, working with the Population Health Promotion Model.

Provide nursing services based on Public Health Act
Assess and address health needs of various populations
Collaborate with healthcare teams and community members
Develop and implement health promotion strategies
Adapt workload to meet client needs and priorities Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Minimum one year of Public Health Nursing experience
Current CPR Level C certification
Membership with CRNS required
