Lead specialized projects as a Projects Supervisor with TEAM Group. Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency while managing dynamic teams in an industrial workplace. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Projects Supervisor is critical to the success of our specialized projects. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, overseeing documentation, and adhering to strict safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review all project documentation
Lead confined space project oversight
Supervise Mobile Elevating Work Platforms operations
Conduct pre-shift safety talks and hazard reviews
Ensure all safety gear is correctly used and enforced Requirements:
Supervisory experience in industrial settings
Proficiency in JSA and Work Permit documentation
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
Familiarity with site equipment, including lifts and tuggers
