About this Role:

The Sales Assistant supports the overall sales centre experience by assisting customers, supporting Sales Representatives, and helping ensure the sales process runs smoothly. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate purchaser information, supporting documentation and compliance requirements, and coordinating key customer touchpoints. The position also helps ensure the sales centre, model homes, and customer-facing materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards.

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, real estate administration, homebuilding, retail sales, hospitality, or a related field.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.




- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with purchasers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
- A valid driver's licence and personal vehicle is required as Sales Assistants are required to travel within the communities to various company model homes.
