Key Responsibilities:
• Manage processes for administrative penalty and alternative discipline cases
• Prepare memos and reports for the Chief Legal Officer




• Conduct legal research and perform data analysis
• Supervise the Professional Regulation Coordinator and Assistant
• Coordinate and support the Discipline Committee process
Requirements:
• Paralegal program completion or university degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Advanced legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Project management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
