In this role, you will actively participate in engineering efforts aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and equipment.

Your contributions will involve drafting 3D prototypes in SolidWorks, conducting tests, and researching ideas to improve existing tools and fixtures. You will also assist with validation plans and ensure compliance with safety standards throughout the engineering phases. Key Responsibilities:
Support creative manufacturing process development and optimization
Design and develop new tools and fixtures for production




Build and test prototype devices to verify specifications
Assist Engineers with process characterization and testing
Participate in LEAN initiatives to improve processes Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an Engineering Degree program (2026/2027)
Interest in biomedical technology and motivated approach
Robust communication and leadership skills
Experience with SolidWorks and Minitab preferred
