Home is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to spearhead payroll functions for employees in Canada and the US. You will optimize processes for hourly, salaried, piece-rate, and commissioned staff. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of payroll experience, solid organizational skills, and knowledge of multi-jurisdictional compliance regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing in ADP for diverse employee types
Calculate and verify piece-rate pay for compliance
Collaborate with Sales and Finance on commission calculations
Reconcile payroll data with general ledger
Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and year-end filings Requirements:
Over five years of payroll experience required
Experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar)
Proficient in Excel or Sheets
Understanding of CRA and IRS regulations
