Impact Recruitment is assisting a family-owned insurance brokerage in Burlington to hire a Personal Lines Broker. The role targets individuals with at least 1 year of personal lines brokerage experience who enjoy building solid client relationships and tailoring coverage.

You will service Home, Auto, and Property, handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, and liaise with clients and carriers to identify cross-selling prospects.
