In this role, you will be responsible for managing parking operations, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a smooth and safe experience in the parking area. Duties
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart, providing friendly and qualified assistance at all times
Direct vehicles to available parking spots, ensuring efficient use of space and smooth traffic movement
Monitor parking lot activity to uphold safety standards and prevent unauthorized access or theft
Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, providing receipts and change as needed
Assist guests with questions or concerns, offering information about facilities or services in a bilingual capacity if applicable
Conduct routine inspections of the parking area to identify hazards or maintenance needs and report them promptly
Maintain transparent signage and ensure the parking lot remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Skills
Previous dealership or hospitality experience is highly advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with customer service environments
Strong communication skills in both English and additional languages to effectively assist diverse guests
Proven ability to deliver excellent guest services with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Cash handling experience with accuracy and integrity in managing transactions
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests courteously and resolve issues promptly
Knowledge of safety procedures and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for all visitors
