This temporary position requires a Registered Nurse with two years of acute care experience. You will work 12-hour shifts that span days, nights, and weekends. Utilize your critical care skills as you assess and monitor patients, promote wellness, and provide therapeutic support in a fast-paced ICU setting. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor critically ill patients
Provide comprehensive nursing care and treatments
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care
Deliver therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing services
Educate patients and families on health and care Requirements:
Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum two years in an acute care workplace
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Willingness to complete Coronary Care I within six months
Preferred experience in critical care settings Contribute to meaningful patient experiences while working at CGMH's ICU department.
