Overview

We seek individuals with a proven track record of teaching Science and a passion for making a difference in students' lives to join our team. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students to foster their love for science. This is a part time position.

Duties
Plan and deliver effective science lessons that align with the BC / AP / IB curriculum
Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth and improvement
Establish transparent classroom rules and expectations for behavior
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, and mark/grade assignments
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)




Proven experience teaching Chemistry, Physics, or Biology at the senior secondary, AP/IB, or college level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
