Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences
Administer medications accurately and on schedule, following all safety protocols
Support patients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive setting
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

Experience




Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings preferred
Knowledge of patient care techniques and senior care best practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is highly desirable
Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus
Ability to handle physical tasks including heavy lifting safely and effectively
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Basic understanding of medication administration and safety procedures
