Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook food items efficiently and accurately, maintaining consistency across all plates
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to uphold food safety regulations
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support the front-of-house team by serving dishes promptly and courteously when needed




Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings with a focus on meal preparation and cooking
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and basic culinary techniques
Positive communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Passion for food industry trends and continuous learning in culinary skills
