Location: Various locations across Alberta ThePharmacy Clerk supports the pharmacy team by handling administrative tasks, assistingwith inventory management, and providing customer service.
KeyResponsibilities
Assist in the preparationand processing of prescription orders and over-the-counter medications.
Maintain inventory levelsand assist in ordering and restocking products.
Provide customer service byanswering questions and directing inquiries to pharmacists as needed.
Handle cash registertransactions and process payments.
Ensure the pharmacy area is clean and organized,adhering to safety and health regulations.
Requirements - High school diploma orequivalent; additional training in pharmacy practices preferred.
Robust organizational andmultitasking skills.
Excellent communication andcustomer service skills.
Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations andmedication.
