Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support and companionship to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care by monitoring health conditions, taking vital signs, and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals
Support medication administration as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring proper timing and dosage
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space to promote hygiene and safety




Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Assist with mobility and transfer techniques using proper body mechanics to ensure safety during movement or heavy lifting when necessary

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care environments is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those with dementia or other cognitive impairments
Knowledge of patient care procedures including medication administration and basic nursing skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and care requirements
