Aa leading manufacturer of valves for naval, commercial marine, and nuclear applications, is seeking a hands-on Planning Manager to lead production planning, scheduling, forecasting, inventory management, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead production planning, scheduling, material planning, and capacity planning.
Coordinate with

Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory, WIP, material availability, capacity, and production constraints.
Develop and track

KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports

.
Use

Power BI, advanced Excel, and ERP systems for data analysis and decision-making.
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement, lead-time reduction, and inventory optimization

.
Provide management with production status, risks, recovery plans, and performance insights.

Key Requirements




5–10 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
Manufacturing experience required; low-volume/high-mix or custom manufacturing is a plus.
Solid knowledge of production planning, forecasting, inventory, capacity planning, and scheduling

Advanced

Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and dashboards.
Advanced

Power BI experience.
Experience with

ERP systems

.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Fluent in French and English

(written and verbal).
Bachelor’s degree in

Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field

.
CPIM/APICS or Lean certification is an asset.
