Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a passion for food preparation, excellent food safety practices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Pizza Maker will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy delicious, freshly made pizzas with consistent quality.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and standards
Cook pizzas using various methods, ensuring proper temperature and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
Serve customers at the counter or via takeout orders with professionalism and friendliness
Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred
Knowledge of food handling and safety standards within the food industry
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making
Excellent serving skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience including familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pizza preparation
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
