Duties
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately according to prescriptions
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure medication storage complies with safety standards
Provide friendly, professional customer service by answering questions and guiding patients on medication use
Verify prescription details and ensure all medical terminology is correctly documented
Support medication administration processes by preparing labels and organizing patient medication packs
Maintain precise records of prescriptions, inventory logs, and patient interactions




Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery

Requirements
Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting is highly desirable
Able to speak Cantonese
Experience with Kroll is an asset
Experience as a pharmacy assistant or similar role is preferred
Robust understanding of medical terminology related to medications and patient care
Excellent attention to detail to prevent errors in prescription processing
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
Demonstrated commitment to patient care and confidentiality
