This role includes processing parts requests, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory records using the TMT Maintenance program. Solid organizational skills and computer proficiency are essential to facilitate smooth operations and support our service team. Key Responsibilities:
Process parts requests through calls, emails, and walk-ins
Obtain price quotes from suppliers and maintain purchasing files
Monitor and adjust inventory levels effectively




Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconciliations
Manage returned parts and ensure barcode system usage Requirements:
Secondary education in Supply Chain or related field
Robust organizational and customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; TMT experience preferred
Familiarity with transportation equipment maintenance
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Contribute to the productive operation of Gardewine's maintenance department by ensuring parts availability and optimizing inventory management.
