Your role will involve developing care plans, supervising PSWs, and engaging with residents to ensure their well-being. You will also liaise with healthcare personnel and families to support our residents’ needs and the mission of nurturing kindness in all interactions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop individualized care plans for residents
Supervise and evaluate PSW performance on the unit
Conduct unit rounds and administer medications
Maintain accurate clinical assessments and documentation
Engage meaningfully with residents throughout the shift Requirements:
Current Certificate of Competence as a Registered Practical Nurse
Experience in long-term care preferred
Solid communication skills with interdisciplinary teams
Basic CPR certification is a plus
