About the Role

We are looking for a part time Wedding Planner to join our team — someone who is:
Drawn to beautiful details
Passionate about helping couples feel seen, supported, and celebrated
Organized, calm, and thoughtful
Excited about working in a quick-paced, emotional, and rewarding industry

This role is hybrid: remote planning days + in office wedding days and meetings.

What You’ll Do
Support couples throughout their planning journey
Coordinate vendors, quotes, timelines & logistics
Maintain planning portals, budgets, and communication
Lead and manage the flow of the wedding day — ceremony, photos, reception




Build warm relationships with vendors and clients alike
Keep events running smoothly with grace, confidence & heart

You Are
Passionate about weddings, beauty, and creating meaningful moments
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure; quick-thinking and solutions-focused
Skilled in emails, calls, meetings & texts
Able to work evenings and weekends
Comfortable traveling across the GTA
Experienced in customer service (preferred)
A post-secondary graduate
Fluent in Mandarin & English (Cantonese an asset)
