Key Responsibilities

Test Oracle Utilities CC&B; and CCS applications.

Work on Customer Management, Account Management, Premise/Service Point, Service Agreements.

Test Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Payments, Adjustments, Credit & Collections.

Handle Move-In/Move-Out, Usage Processing, Rate & Tariff Validation testing.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI.

Track and manage defects/test activities using JIRA.

Mandatory Skills

8+ years relevant testing experience.

Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B; / CCS.

Robust experience in Eggplant Functional.

Solid experience in Eggplant DAI.

Utilities domain experience, preferably Meter-to-Cash / Billing.

Good to Have

JIRA

Oracle Utilities testing experience across billing, payments, collections, usage and rates.
