Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Required Skills
Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for Perks, CORE HR and Payroll modules for CANADA
Candidate should be proficient in all the CANADA Payroll, Pension and Advantages Processes
Hands-on experience in HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, HCM Extracts, HSDL, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations,



data migrations and reports related to Payroll, CORE HR and Advantages and other modules
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of OIC would be a plus
Basic security understanding of integrations and reports catalogue (BIP)
Awareness of SOAP/WSDL, Rest APIs, file transmissions, etc.
Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Should have excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
