TigerTel is hiring a Call Center Agent in Dartmouth, NS for a hybrid role. You will answer calls for medical practices and commercial clients, log messages with precision, and escalate urgent queries following client protocols. A strong focus on empathetic service and accurate record-keeping is required.

We offer a four-day work structure with three days off, a fixed schedule, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and PTO. Hybrid schedule begins after paid in office training.
