Perks Description: Pana Community Hospital is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team at PMG Ramsey as a Patient Access Specialist. This position serves as a primary point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and skilled experience while supporting efficient patient registration and clinic operations.

Salary Range: $16.74–$20.09 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors with kindness and professionalism.
Register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments.
Answer and triage incoming calls.




Submit required insurance documentation.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Support coworkers and contribute as a positive team player.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Medical office experience preferred.
Solid computer and multitasking skills, including navigation multiple computer applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, family members, physicians, and team members.
Friendly, compassionate, and committed to outstanding customer service.
Experience with office equipment such as calculators, computer monitors/printers, fax machines, and copiers preferred.
