Ideal for independent IT consultants, this role requires expertise in Cisco Meraki environments and can involve a few hours of work each month. You'll assess network issues and support client operations with a mix of remote assistance and onsite visits as necessary. Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote and onsite support for systems and networks
Troubleshoot Cisco Meraki equipment and networks
