Develop and maintain non-residential valuation models
Conduct property inspections for diverse non-residential assets




Communicate assessment findings with property owners
Participate in assessment reviews and appeals
Lead special projects for continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
AMAA designation required, AACI or CAE preferred
Minimum five years of accredited assessment experience
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and GIS software
Valid class 5 driver’s license required Utilize your assessment expertise for community betterment within Parkland County.
