As a pivotal Medical Administrator, you will actively assist in monitoring Occupational and Non-Occupational processes within the Amazon Wellness Centre program.

Engaging professionally with associates and management alike, you will collaborate closely with Safety, Operations, PXT, and Finance teams. Accuracy in data management is essential for maintaining effective health and wellness practices throughout the fulfillment center. Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Austin and RTW Tool for accurate documentation
Maintain records for associates on leave and related tasks




Update documentation daily based on communications from Accommodations
Follow up with Senior Operations on outstanding paperwork
Create excel trackers for productive data management Requirements:
1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Versatile schedule including weekends and holidays
Capacity to lift 49 pounds and stand for long hours
Experience in data accuracy and record keeping Support Amazon Canada in enhancing wellness practices for the workforce with your organizational and communication skills.
