Key responsibilities include documenting construction details, identifying hazards, and offering expert guidance to policyholders. Collaborate effectively while maintaining high customer service standards. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule safety evaluations with policyholders
Document risk management and loss control points
Complete detailed reports and provide photographs
Identify risk exposures and maintenance opportunities
Support underwriters and brokers on technical strategies Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property inspections
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Valid class 5 driver’s license
Knowledge of building codes and risk assessment
