The Field Medical Associate

Director in Oncology will empower medical science liaisons (MSLs) while executing strategic plans aimed at the scientific community. This role requires a solid focus on oncology, talent development, and effective stakeholder management. You'll guide initiatives and ensure high-level engagement for improved patient outcomes through creative research and treatments. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate strategic MSL interface with key opinion leaders
Enhance MSL capabilities through coaching and training
Manage medical engagement plans and MSL resources
Develop recruiting plans to grow the team
Monitor KPIs and provide feedback on MSL performance Requirements:
Master’s or higher degree preferred
5+ years of experience in healthcare
3+ years in oncology roles
