Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and service areas, following proper food handling procedures
Manage time effectively to complete tasks within shift deadlines while supporting ongoing restaurant operations
Assist with food safety compliance by monitoring temperatures, storage, and sanitation practices
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




Conduct routine inventory checks and restock supplies as needed
Support opening or closing procedures to ensure smooth shift transitions

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and secure food handling practices
Experience using POS systems, especially Micros POS, for transactions and order management
Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and kitchen safety procedures
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in serving or cashiering roles is a plus; restaurant experience is highly valued
