As a key partner to the Chief People Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping our Total Rewards philosophy. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of compensation cycles, executive compensation, and compliance with governance requirements. You will ensure that compensation reflects our competitive talent landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and implement creative rewards programs for talent retention
• Oversee executive compensation and governance processes
• Manage equity and long-term incentive programs effectively

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in Total Rewards within a public company
• Expertise in compensation structures in Canada and the United States
• Proficiency with Shareworks and HRIS systems
• Executive presence with strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured solutions
