Rio Tinto IOC seeks an Operational Excellence – Business Partner to drive performance improvements across mine-to-port operations in Labrador City. You will partner with leaders, coach teams and strengthen capability in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement, deploying RTSPS and MOS.
Reporting to CFO, you will identify opportunities, develop business cases and track advantages while building cross-functional alignment across safety, operations and support functions.
