The AESO is seeking a Senior ARS Monitoring Analyst to join the External Compliance Monitoring team. You will leverage your expertise in regulatory compliance, audit frameworks, and project management, alongside a solid grasp of Alberta Reliability Standards. Your responsibilities will include implementing monitoring processes, enhancing compliance methodologies, and engaging with stakeholders to maintain effective oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of the Alberta Risk-Based Compliance Monitoring Program
• Develop monitoring tools and audit templates for compliance




• Enhance audit methodologies and assurance practices
• Monitor regulatory programs for emerging compliance practices
• Prepare audit reports and findings to track compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in compliance roles
• Professional certifications in audit or risk management
• Solid knowledge of NERC and ARS standards
