You will oversee the design and delivery of API integration capabilities within a high-performance team. Your role includes mentoring developers while leading complex integrations involving modern digital platforms. Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate product needs into secure, maintainable solutions, allowing front-end teams to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and improvement of API and integration solutions
• Build and evolve RESTful APIs using .NET Core or cloud services




• Mentor team members and guide effective engineering practices
• Design secure token-based API interactions and resilience patterns
• Collaborate with frontend teams using React or similar technologies

Requirements:
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 6+ years in APIs and integration engineering
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud environments
• Proven track record in regulated environments
