This permanent, full time role is critical for managing toolroom operations supporting stamping and welding processes. You will ensure the availability and performance of tooling while effectively leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily toolroom operations for stamping and welding
• Plan and execute maintenance for dies and tooling
• Ensure tooling readiness meets production demands
• Drive safety, quality, cost, and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with various teams to meet objectives

Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification – Tool & Die Maker (430A)
• 5–10 years of leadership experience in toolroom
• Hot stamping experience required
• Knowledge of tooling maintenance and processes
• Proven experience managing skilled trades teams
