Lead the Fixed, Electrical, and Instrumentation team at Hecla Mining Company’s Keno Hill mine. Ensure operational safety and efficiency while developing your team and managing maintenance plans.

As a Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will play a crucial role overseeing a dynamic team. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in mining maintenance supervision, expertise in scheduling, troubleshooting, and knowledge of Electrical Code. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to align maintenance functions with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop the Fixed & E&I; team at the mine
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures




• Develop preventative maintenance programs for infrastructure
• Schedule and execute maintenance jobs with high compliance
• Assist in troubleshooting and provide operational input

Requirements:
• Journeyman Red Seal certification required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining supervision
• Robust organizational and leadership skills
• Proven experience with CMMS systems
• Excellent communication with peers and management
