This full-time role requires a proactive engineer with a solid background in CDN technologies like Akamai or Cloudflare. You will be instrumental in enhancing the reliability of our high-traffic public website through in-depth monitoring, efficient incident handling, and stringent change management. Collaboration with vendors and ensuring operational excellence across the platform will be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end surface monitoring of CDN and third-party integrations
• Run synthetic monitoring and maintain automation packs




• Lead incident management in customer-facing events
• Own escalation paths and define RTO/RPO with stakeholders
• Publish reliability and performance reports for leadership

Requirements:
• Extensive experience with CDN configuration and management
• Proven skills in web application firewalls and bot management
• Background in observability practices and performance engineering
• Git-based CI/CD experience
• Effective in regulated environments and change control
