Mira is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to build and scale our sales processes for a quick-growing B2B division. You will own the practitioner funnel end-to-end, from first outreach through retention, and will work hands-on to design systems, teams, and processes that support rapid growth.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical, marketing, and customer success teams, optimize the tech stack (HubSpot), and develop a scalable playbook and incentive plans; this is a fully remote
