Shape strategic financial decisions with our client in Vaughan, ON, as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. You’ll analyze data for insights and support growth across business segments in a hybrid mode.

This Manager-level position reports to the Director, FP&A;, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborating with senior leaders, you’ll translate complex financial results into actionable strategies and develop your team of analysts. You'll engage in a dynamic environment while driving process improvements and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives
• Translate KPIs and trends into recommendations for leaders
• Build financial models and Power BI dashboards




• Oversee month-end activities and IFRS compliance
• Coach and develop finance analysts for growth

Requirements:
• 5+ years in finance, including FP&A; and business analysis
• CPA designation or completion of CFE preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and advanced Excel skills
• Proven leadership experience in finance teams
• Background in retail, SaaS, or complex environments

Contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis by leveraging data insights and enhancing team capabilities.
