Role

Responsible for courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, ensuring shipments meet service standards and providing customer support.

Key Duties

Safely operate vehicles, plan efficient routes, inspect packages, and report stop counts and missorts. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively. Adhere to operating procedures, security protocols, and government regulations. Perform package loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning as needed. Use computerized systems for tracking and dispatch, and assist customers with service inquiries while promoting additional business.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a good record,



ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs. Must pass driver assessments, demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, and handle stress effectively. Experience in customer service and knowledge of customs regulations are assets.

Additional Requirements

Bilingual (French and English) for Quebec candidates, versatile with workload, and willing to complete training and certifications. Emphasizes diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
