The Town of Ladysmith on Vancouver Island is seeking a Lifeguard Instructor I to ensure pool safety and lead aquatic programs. You’ll supervise activities, maintain a protected area, and demonstrate leadership with patrons and staff.

Required certifications include Lifesaving Swim Instructor, National Lifeguard Pool, Lifesaving Instructor, and CPR Level C, plus a valid First Aid and a Vulnerable Sector check. This temporary part-time role offers $32.98/hr and wellness benefits.
