Qualifications

- DSW, CYW, CYC, SSW, related diploma/degree or must be working toward the completion of a post-secondary diploma.
- Ability to relate to people with intellectual disability and their families
- Strong interpersonal skills professional manner; solid writing and verbal communication skills; sound decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Must Have

- Valid driver’s license Class G and a reliable car
- Acceptable Driver’s Abstract and liability car insurance
- Current Standard First Aid/CP
- 2 – 3 years of related experience
- An up-to-date, Clear Police Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check
- CPI Training is an asset
