Become an essential part of Family Services à la famille Ottawa as an On-Site Worker in their Supervised Access Program. This role focuses on facilitating protected and supportive family visits in a community-centered environment. We are seeking a compassionate In office Worker to join our dedicated team in Ottawa.

This position is critical in ensuring child-focused and neutral environments during supervised visits. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and qualified judgment, thriving in emotionally sensitive situations. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor safe and neutral supervised visits and exchanges
Update program schedules and inform clients promptly
Prepare welcoming visit spaces and activities
Enforce program guidelines and intervene when necessary
Supervise visits when volunteer monitors are unavailable Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary in social services preferred
At least two years of related experience
Knowledge of child custody and family dynamics
Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills
