Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is cooked safely, maintaining proper food handling procedures at all times
Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to meet customer demand efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
Serve dishes promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation quality and portion control




Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and assisting with basic food prep tasks as needed
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment for everyone

Experience
Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Experience in serving or working directly with customers is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with the willingness to learn and grow within the culinary industry
Basic understanding of meal preparation, food industry standards, and kitchen operations
