We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing meals efficiently and consistently.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Help train current kitchen staff on food handling and preparation techniques.
Participate in menu planning and development as required.

Skills
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in food service or a similar role within the food industry.




Proficient in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and baking.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Robust attention to detail for meal presentation and quality control.
Team player with good communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.
