This role requires solid nursing skills to assess, implement, and evaluate care for clients, alongside supporting Registered Nurses in complex situations. Your contributions will help improve the lives of those who have sustained brain injuries from various causes, including trauma or stroke. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and document client care plans
Implement nursing functions and evaluate outcomes
Support Registered Nurses with complex cases
Communicate effectively with clients and families
Maintain clinical competence in accordance with BCCNM standards Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized Practical Nurse program
Current registration with BCCNM
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle physical duties
