We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our energetic culinary team! Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure timely service during busy hours
Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
Support the kitchen team in meal assembly, garnishing, and plating of dishes
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations




Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued highly
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving customers or working directly with guests is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
