Line Cook & Prep CooK

Morning Brunch Co. (West Springs) is hiring motivated, reliable, and hard working people to join our back of house team! Our hours are 8:00am to 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) & 8am to 2:30 (Saturday and Sunday).

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure that food is prepared consistently and efficiently
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills




Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
