Industrial Millwright – 433A

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced 433A Industrial Millwright to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing mechanical equipment in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Install, align, and repair machinery and production equipment
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
Work with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment
Support production and minimize equipment downtime
Follow all safety policies and company procedures

Requirements
Valid 433A Industrial Millwright license




Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, and gearboxes
Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work night shifts
